摘要: The study was aimed at assessing whether there is a risk of Legionella pneumophila in thermal pools used balneotherapy and recreation. Water samples were collected from five baths, supplied by waters. total number bacteria determined the direct microscopic count under fluorescence microscope. numbers investigated phylogenetic groups (Legionella sp. L. pneumophila) estimated with use situ hybridization method. highest average entire research cycle recorded old labeled OB1 OB2. Bacteria belonging to genus along identified all water each bath. Moreover, biofilm containing cells samples. dependent on bath's age, operation maintenance facilities. In pools, exchanged periodically, higher; new continual flow water, lower. results this showed no correlation between temperature. can successfully develop not only fresh bodies but baths as well. Still, it uncertain commonly applied culture method, developed for freshwater bodies, also suitable baths.
