摘要: Objective To report and identify the predictors of early long-term complications in a large series extraperitoneal robot-assisted radical prostatectomy using standardized Martin criteria. MaterialS Methods A total 1503 patients underwent for treatment clinically localized prostate cancer from July 2003 to August 2010 at tertiary referral center. The median follow-up was 28.9 months. Fisher’s exact test used examine association multiple variables bivariate analysis with incidence types complications. Independent were also examined multivariate logistic regression models. Results 151 recorded 127 (8.45%). Approximately one third (30.5%) classified as major requiring intervention (Clavien grade III IV). most commonly encountered lymphocele (1.46%), bladder neck contracture (1.33%), anastomotic leak (1.20%). operative time significant predictor all on analysis. Surgeon experience predictive Conclusion Extraperitoneal remains an underused alternative approach cancer. Its safety profile is equivalent that other approaches experienced hands.
