摘要: Energy harvesting has emerged as a feasible and attractive option to improve battery lifetime in micro-scale electronic systems such biomedical implants wireless sensor nodes. A key challenge designing energy is that miniature transducers (e.g., photovoltaic cells, thermo-electric generators, fuel cells) output very low voltages (0--0.4V). Therefore, fully on-chip power converter (usually based on charge pump) used boost the voltage of transducer transfer into an buffer for storage. However, capability widely linear pump converters degrades when with ultra-low transducers. This paper presents design new tree topology reduced sharing time, leading improved capability. The proposed been implemented using 65nm technology circuit simulations demonstrate results increase up 30% harvested compared existing pumps.
