摘要: Abstract Permeabilities ( P ) of the gases Cl 2 , HCl, O N and H were measured in three different membrane types: two perfluorinated membranes, pyrolyzed carbon membranes (CMS) glass membranes. Some sorption data, results from durability studies are also reported. The permeability was low pressure range (1–3 bar) over a large temperature (for 25–200°C, for 35–90°C). functionality compared on basis ability to separate (selectivity) gas pairs –O HCl–H at temperatures preferably above 70°C. all show good time; permeabilities selectivities vary significantly though, with lowest All tested current study display properties difficult purification HCl mixtures, ways attractive candidates. perfluoromembranes showed excellent but very separation –Cl is therefore not candidate this separation. For however, selectivity acceptable α ∼8 30°C). too porous pair, while will, theory, nicely by retaining almost completely let permeate.
