摘要: Abstract In the article Part I of this work durability and separation properties for several types glass membranes in aggressive gas environment have been evaluated. A surface modified membrane (modified with (heptadecafluoro-1,1,2,2-tetrahydrodecyl) dimethyl chlorosilane, Pf-C10), proved to be best choice respect stability, permeability selectivity. For a better understanding taking place according governing mechanism, selective flow, sorption diffusion coefficients were investigated more closely. This is reported current paper gases Cl 2 , HCl, R22 (CHF Cl), He, H N CO, O Xe, SF 6 CO . Temperature pressure range focused on 1–4 bar 30–45 °C, respectively, as these ranges judged most interesting possible changes transport through Pt-C10 membrane. The degree SSF, relative Knudsen flow also discussed work. When plotting coefficient versus there seems two distinct patterns: HCl (all containing chlorine high critical temperatures) are described by exceptionally coefficients, while other an exponential fit. heat adsorption was found comparable condensation at same pressure. It assumed that corresponds proposed “sliding liquid layer” literature, behaviour correspond “site site hopping” or 2D flow.
