摘要: AbstractTo identify another preoperative predictor of surgical outcome in vasal reconstruction, we prospectively measured the post-vasectomy length testicular vas deferens from cauda epididymis to site vasectomy 26 patients undergoing reconstruction. Intraoperatively, fluid was microscopically inspected and classified as whole sperm present or absent. The remnant correlated with intraoperative status fluid. A greater than 2.7cm. predicted presence 30 32 testicles (94%). less without 17 20 (85%). can be preoperatively knowledge this may used advise regarding likelihood successful
