摘要: Protein prenylation is the addition of hydrophobic molecules to a protein or chemical compound. It post-translational modification that plays very important roles for many cellular processes such as DNA replication, signaling, trafficking, and other functions in eukaryotes. S-farnesyl cysteine specific kind involved transfer farnesyl moiety cytoplasmic at near C-terminus target protein. Recent advancements proteomic technology have stimulated an increasing interested identification sites. However, there still lack methods proposed prediction With rapidly number experimentally verified sites, it motivated new method identifying
