摘要: The paper summarizes scientific approaches to researches in the field of destination choice, satisfaction and loyalty ski resorts customers. Information about existing models trends from journals are analysed. Multiattribute widely used dealing with loyalty. It can be presumed that tourist overall is determined by image attribute satisfaction. Tourist also directly influenced image, turn results will useful for researchers practitioners who deal particular operators. This represents initial phase project aimed at researching topical factors their relationships links influencing resort customers selected countries.
