摘要: The present study was designed to examine the feasibility of in vivo administration interleukin 2 (IL-2) induce cytotoxic cell activity against tumours human subjects. IL-2 prepared from blood leukocytes stimulated with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and partially purified by membrane chromatography exclude PHA. Administration different amounts patients melanoma revealed that initial level circulation related dose given had a half-life approximately 22.5 minutes. subsequent levels were lower than expected occur equilibration plasma extracellular fluid. This not apparently due inactivation serum factors because fresh little effect vitro on induction mitogenic or IL-2. Spontaneous division lymphocytes increased following it is suggested clearance may reflect, part, absorption activated circulation. Side effects noted shortly after partially-purified preparations included transient pyrexia, hypoglycaemia, cortisol levels, lymphocytopenia signs mild intravascular coagulation. No long-term noted. These results suggest systemic injection II-2 be feasible approach T cells vivo.
