摘要: The testis-determining gene SRY is not well-conserved among mammals, particularly between mouse and other both in terms of protein structure expression regulation. To evaluate phylogenic conservation regards to its function, we expressed the goat (gSRY) XX transgenic gonads. Here, show that gSRY induces testis formation, despite a profile. Our results demonstrate sex-reversal can be induced XX-mice by non-mouse thus suggesting conserved molecular mechanism action this across mammalian species.
