摘要: [1] This paper introduces a method for predicting the performance of radiometer design based on calculating measurement uncertainty. The variety in designs and demand improved radiometric measurements justify need more general comprehensive to assess system performance. Radiometric resolution, or sensitivity, is figure merit that has been commonly used characterize radiometer. However, when evaluating calibration radiometer, use resolution limited application. These limitations are overcome by considering instead A uncertainty generic including its algorithm presented. result generalized technique which architectures parameters can be studied optimize instrument given requirements constraints. Example applications demonstrate utility using as merit.
