摘要: The present study assessed the efficiency of two transesterification methods for identification fatty acids in copepod Tisbe biminiensis Volkmann-Rocco, 1973. In first method, samples were esterified by basic catalysis with KOH methanol, and second method they acid BF3. Fatty identified comparison retention times co-injection standard Mix C4-C24, using gas chromatography chromatography-mass spectrometry. Twenty-nine detected transesterified or catalysis. predominant C18 (19.18%), C16 (13.02%), C12 (11.39%) catalysis; C13 (25.24%), C21 (11.32%), (10.65%) results show that analysis copepods may be affected method. Sample was efficient to identify monosaturated polyunsaturated acids, whereas saturated acids. Essential copepod, which suggests T. is a useful food used larviculture.
