摘要: HEMA TG, GETHA K, TAN GYA, LILI SAHIRA H, MUHD SYAMIL A & NUR FAIRUZ MY. 2014. Actinobacteria isolates from tin tailings and forest soil for bioremediation of heavy metals. The aim this study was to screen actinobacteria isolated Bidor metal tolerance as an early exploration into their capabilities. As a comparison, in Pasoh were also studied tolerance. At the highest test concentration, rapid screening showed that numbers Hg2+, Cd2+ Cu2+ tolerant less than 7% total screened both sites. More 10% sites Pb2+, As3+ Zn2+. number Ni2+ significantly higher (12.6%) compared with (6.6%). Metal toxicity assay carried out on final concentrations supporting growth 138.9 mmol L-1 Ni2+, 43.2 21.8 Cd2+, 0.8 182 14.1 Cu2+. For isolates, observed at As3+. Compared screening, clearly capable tolerating metals concentration isolates. Isolates TY046021 TY046-078, which multimetal As3+, Pb2+ TY046-017, only Hg2+ isolate Bidor, should be further uptake removal.
