摘要: Recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector is one of the promising delivery tools for gene therapy. Currently, hundreds clinical trials are performed but major barrier application absence any ideal large scale production technique to obtain sufficient and highly pure rAAV vector. The includes upstream downstream processing. processing a package step purification step. For processing, scientists need recover from dozens liters cell lysate or medium, variety strategies have been developed not comprehensively compared till now. Consequently, this review will evaluate scalable systematically, especially those based on physicochemical properties AAV virus, attempt find better vectors.
