摘要: Measurement of overall blood fibrinolytic activity was introduced many years ago (for a review see ref. 1), but the measurement specific components involved in became possible only last decade or so. The older methods such as dilute clot lysis euglobulin measure activity, which is dependent on plasminogen activator level, both tissue-type (t-PA) and urokinase-type (u-PA), levels inhibitors activators PAI-1 PAI-2, plasmin α2-antiplasmin α2-macroglobulin several other compounds, e.g. histidine-rich glycoprotein, fibrinogen fibrin(ogen) degradation products. Specific assay t-PA feasible after purification this enzyme production antibodies2,3. development assays based synthetic peptide substrates early 1980s made available outside small circle specialists.
