Rosai-Dorfman Disease Isolated to the Thoracic Epidural Spine.

摘要: Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare benign histiocytic that infrequently presents in the spine. We report case of isolated to epidural thoracic spine 26-year-old male. To our knowledge, this 15th reported spinal and only fourth disease. Given its rarity as well non-specific symptoms imaging findings, often not considered misdiagnosed on studies. help improve awareness disease, we review literature discuss epidemiology, clinical presentation, features, treatment considerations for condition.
