摘要: We present an open system for sleep staging, based explicitly on the criteria used in visual EEG analysis. Slow waves, theta and alpha spindles K-complexes are parameterized terms of time duration, amplitude, frequency each waveform by means matching pursuit algorithm. It allows detection these structures using mostly from For example, within this framework first we compute directly relative duration slow which is a basic parameter recognition deep stages. Performance evaluated 20 polysomnographic recordings, scored experienced encephalographers. Seven recordings were more than one expert. Proposed gives concordance with staging close to inter-expert concordance. The algorithm implemented user-friendly software display analysis freely available complete source code http://signalml.org/svarog.html.
