摘要: Coronary flow and thus myocardial perfusion is regulated by myogenic, metabolic, humoral neuro-hormonal factors which closely interact with local autacoids released from the endothelial lining of coronary bed. In a number disease states an impaired synthesis release decisively limit overall capacity regulation adaptation to increased metabolic demands. The important for these control mechanisms are analyzed reviewed in this article.
