摘要: This paper describes the selective detection of Hg(II) ions over Cd(II) and Pb(II) by DNA functionalized carbon nanotube (DFC) resistive network. The nucleobases, especially adenine thymine, which are bound to nanotubes through π-π stacking interactions, have strong affinities for bind at suitable ligand sites forming a stable chelate complex. coordinate ligand-Hg(II) bond possesses higher covalent character than either ligand-Cd(II) or ligand-Pb(II) bond. bonds in complex formed on DFC network, more is e-scattering metal-binding thus greater reduction conductance amount metal-ligand measured stability factor
