摘要: We have studied the atomic structure of small secondary domains that nucleate on monolayer MoS2 grown by chemical vapour deposition (CVD), which form basis bilayer MoS2. The a faceted geometry with three-fold symmetry and adopt two distinct orientations 60° rotation relative to an underlying single crystal sheet. are associated 2H 3R stacking configuration for Atomic resolution images been recorded using annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy (ADF-STEM) show edge termination, lattice orientation sequence These results provide important insights growth from rotated nuclei surface could lead defective boundaries when merged larger continuous regions pure AA′ or AB may be challenging unless seed.
