摘要: So far, the discussion about usage of mobile devices in companies was strongly technology driven. However, current mobiledevices and related networks have reached a high level maturity. For this reason, technological issues are nolonger obstacles for using within companies? business processes. From our perspective, identifying businessprocess activities, which can be improved by device support, is currently rather important. The degree suitability ofbusiness processes support called eligibility process. Aim paper topresent an approach that supports systematic analysis assessment processes, takinginto account set structured, adaptable criteria to deliberate between potential values added devicesand typical characteristics.
