Progress in research on mixing techniques for transverse injection flow fields in supersonic crossflows

摘要: The transverse injection flow field has an important impact on the flowpath design of scramjet engines. At present a combination scheme and any other flame holder been widely employed in hypersonic propulsion systems to promote mixing process between fuel supersonic freestream; combustion efficiency improved thereby, as well engine thrust. Research techniques for is summarized from four aspects, namely jet-to-crossflow pressure ratio, geometric configuration port, number ports, angle. In conclusion, urgent investigations are proposed, especially data mining quantitative analytical results field, based multi-objective optimization theory.
