Parametric effects in a scramjet engine on the interaction between the air stream and the injection

摘要: The mixing of fuel and air in supersonic flow plays a significant role the enhancement performance scramjet engines. In this article, two-dimensional coupled implicit Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations standard k–e turbulent model are introduced to investigate interaction between helium stream injected into typical engine. A range different angles (30–150°) both incoming injection under various pressure conditions (0.62–1.86 MPa) have been investigated assess their impact on mixing. It is shown among cases studied for injections that an angle 90° produces highest efficiency. with variable angle, then situation 30° can achieve higher efficiency than other angles. addition, injection, mix better.
