Utilisation de l’urgence au Québec des patients avec des troubles mentaux incluant les troubles liés aux substances psychoactives

摘要: L’urgence joue un role de barometre la qualite du systeme sante. Basee sur le Systeme integre surveillance des maladies chroniques Quebec (SISMACQ), une cohorte patients avec troubles mentaux (TM) incluant les lies aux substances psychoactives (TLS) est decrite quant a son utilisation l’urgence, l’hospitalisation, sa duree, et raisons l’utilisation ces services en 2014-15, selon sexe, l’âge, zone d’habitation, certains resultats compares sans TM ceux d’une 2000-01. De population quebecoise, 12 % (865 255) avaient presente TM, ceux-ci 39 % visite l’urgence diminution 6 % depuis Environ deux fois plus que ont urgences ete hospitalises. Pres 17 % etaient grands ou tres utilisateurs (>4 visites/an) 34 % etait davantage utilisee par 65 ans milieux ruraux. Pour exclusivement (sans TLS), 68 % visites reliees anxio-depressifs ; pour TLS exclusivement, 51 % l’alcool. Les physiques principale raison d’hospitalisation, mais presentaient severes visitaient frequemment urgences, TM. Cette etude releve l’importance l’hospitalisation exposant ainsi l’interet d’ameliorer l’acces continuite patients.
