摘要: We operated on 38 adult patients with congenital ankyloglossia deviation of the epiglottis and larynx. The results were as follows. 1) Most had Angle's class III malocclusion, irregular alignment upper teeth, high hard palate. 2) Fifty percent in our study population obstructive respiratory failure. Their vital capacity increased significantly after operation, but changes forced expiratory volume 1 second not prominent. 3) Subjective symptoms this disease stiffness shoulders, a cold feeling extremities, an obstructed throat, insomnia, fatigue, dry skin, irritability and/or anxiety, nervousness.
