摘要: Birth weights (BW) and weaning (WW) of 4,423 non-creep-fed Hereford calves were used to estimate direct maternal sources variation phenotypic effects (fm). Seventeen different (co)variances among relatives estimated through Henderson's Method III restricted maximum likelihood procedures. Direct fm evaluated by multiple regression Estimates h2 for BW WW .28 respectively, the paternal half-sib procedure .45 .88, based on full-sibs. Repeatability estimates .21 .30 WW. Heritabilities offspring dam sire .06 WW, respectively. Negative correlations found between solutions additive genetic (rG). rG ranged from -.86 -1.05 -.57 -.79 heritability (h2o), (h2m) total (h2T) .16 .27, .18 .63 -.02 .05 .26 .32, .27 .67 .10 .20 Dominance affected both Values -.15 -.25 (path coefficient phenotypes daughter). These results indicated that selection response would be decreased due negative correlation effects.
