摘要: Although binegativity, the stigmatization of bisexuality, is prevalent among heterosexual and lesbian gay communities, little research has addressed how quantity quality intergroup contact affects binegativity. Drawing on theory, this study examined with attitudes toward bisexuals undergraduates, adults, lesbians men. Knowing more (quantity) predicted positive decreased anxiety male female bisexuals. A multilevel structural equation model indicated that simultaneously higher perceived stability bisexuality (but not bisexuality) tolerance less when was controlled for. This suggests both predicts improved attitudes. Implications for future reducing binegativity are discussed.
