摘要: Lipoamide dehydrogenase is a subunit of the α-ketoacid dehydrogenases and glycine decarboxylase complex in mitochondria, pyruvate plastids. We report here unexpected finding two plastidic isoforms lipoamide from Arabidopsis thaliana that are different mitochondrial form enzyme. The cDNA clones were confirmed by sequence alignment analysis their location verified chloroplast import assay. They single copy genes appear to be expressed parallel tissues with highest level developing siliques. Phylogenetic gives further exemplary evidence for evolution derived cyanobacteria.
