摘要: We performed phylogenetic analyses of the subfamily Rubioideae (Rubiaceae) based on three different pieces chloroplast DNA, protein codingrbcL gene, spacer sequence betweenatpB andrbcL (atpB-rbcL), and recently published (Andersson Rova 1999)rps16 intron data. NewrbcL sequences have been produced for 41 taxa there are 52 newatpB-rbcL sequences. All gave similar results concerning phylogeny, but they differ slightly in resolution support various branches. The minor tribes Ophiorrhizeae, Urophylleae, Lasiantheae, Coussareeae form a grade to rest subfamily, which consists two well-supported branches, Psychotrieae alliance Spermacoceae alliance, including majority all genera species. Based resulting phylogenies we present revised classification Rubioideae. accept 16 12 more or less correspond earlier tribal circumscriptions: Anthospermeae, Argostemmateae, Craterispermeae, Gaertnereae, Morindeae, Paederieae, Psychotrieae, Schradereae, Spermacoceae, Rubieae, Theligoneae, Urophylleae; received new very Ophiorrhizeae Coussareeae; science: Lasiantheae Danaideae.
