摘要: The fermented leaf of Ampelopsis grossedentata has been used as a beverage and folk medicine called “vine tea” in the southern region China. In this paper, optimum extraction conditions for maximum recovery amounts total flavonoids (TF), dihydromyricetin (DMY), myricitrin (MYG) myricetin (MY) from natural leaves subjected to ultrasonic-assisted (UAE) were determined optimized by using response surface methodology. method was employed Box–Behnken design (BBD) Derringer’s desirability function methanol concentration, time, liquid/solid ratio factors contents TF, DMY, MYG MY responses. obtained UAE follows: solvent 80.87% methanol, an time 31.98 min 41.64:1 mL/g. Through analysis surface, it implied that concentration had significant effects on yields, whereas relatively little effects. established analytical methods successfully applied determine three individual 10 batches samples A. counties Fujian Province, results suggested variability quality different origins. addition, high purities simultaneously separated purified extract UAE, high-speed counter-current chromatography system N-hexane–ethyl acetate–methanol–water (1:3:2:4; v/v/v/v). single operation, 200 mg yield 86.46 3.61 with purity 95.03% 99.21%, respectively. would be beneficial further exploiting herbal products controlling herb its derived products.
