摘要: Improvement in psychometric test performance as well behavior has been consistently observed among hyperactive children treated with stimulants. In some publications there is either the expressed or implied opinion that improved cognitive functioning an end itself, suggesting improvement evidence of drug's more general beneficial effects (Campbell, Douglas, & Morgenstern, 1971). More important, positive stimulants on results have used for deriving theories explaining how benefit children. It argued quite convincingly do not a paradoxical effect children, but rather they act central nervous system (CNS) enhancing attention-arousal processes; this enables child to focus and attend. Secondary attention, controlled focused, less impulsive distractible (Conners, 1973; 1972; Ellis, Witt, Reynolds, Sprague, 1974; Kinsbourne, Satterfield, Cantwell, Lesser, Podosin, 1972). This change interpreted by caring adults reduction hyperactivity. The hypothesis motor activity quantitatively reduced qualitatively does stop moving, his movements become goal directed meaningful, than haphazard, unfocused, purposeless. If above interpretation correct, one possible consequence would be who responded improve both performance, so those whose
