摘要: Abstract The microflora of Ramsar geothermal hot springs located in Mazandaran province, Iran was screened for native thermophilic bacteria that are capable biosynthesis silver nanoparticles. One isolate identified as “ Ureibacillus thermosphaericus ” showed high potential nanoparticle with extracellular mechanism and selected the optimization. Biosynthesis reactions were conducted using culture supernatant at different temperatures (60–80 °C) ion concentrations (0.001–0.1 M). results obtained pure spherical nanoparticles range 10–100 nm produced, maximum production achieved 0.01 M Ag-NO 3 80 °C. In conclusion, findings this study confirmed great biocatalyzing extremophilic U. intensified elevated concentrations.
