摘要: Vehicles designed to enhance drug delivery through the skin must incorporate specific elements that improve ability of system overcome barrier posed by stratum corneum. This review discusses several chemical penetration enhancers have been investigated as potential tools increase flux. In addition, lipid-based systems offer an attractive alternative traditional vehicles. The relationship between liposome composition and permeation is discussed, in addition possible mechanism action lipid vesicle-mediated delivery.
