摘要: Abstract One-dimensional electron paramagnetic resonance imaging (1D-EPRI) was used to evaluate quantitatively the influence of size and composition liposomes on translational mobility liposome-entrapped charged hydrophilic molecules (ASL) into skin. It found that only ASL entrapped in small unilamellar vesicles (SUV) or reverse-phase evaporation (REV) from ‘fluid’ phospholipids (egg soya lecithin phosphatidylserine) can diffuse, while free multilamellar (MLV) REV ‘solid’ (dipalmitoyl lecithin/dipalmitoylglycerol) do not penetrate. The 1D-EPRI method be useful for study diffusion drugs
