摘要: Abstract Fisheries management is increasingly involving a wide range of stakeholders in the decision making process. However, most fisheries, set objectives are poorly defined, and implicit importance placed on these may vary considerably both between within different stakeholder groups. This lead to conflicts advisory groups where members from view potential outcomes substantially differently, inconsistencies when changes representation take place.
