摘要: The concentrations of cytochrome P-450 and the activities aryl hydrocarbon [benzo( a )pyrene]hydroxylase (AHH) reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-cytochrome c reductase were measured in early (gray-white) remodeled (brown) hyperplastic nodules induced livers rats with 2-acetylaminofluorene compared to values control liver surrounding nodules. Cytochrome content (14 weeks) is 30% activity untreated 48% liver. AHH 10% 33% nonnodular Nicotinamide microsomes 76% 78% In late nodules, (22 25 weeks), 40% that controls 15% activity. primary hepatomas by 2-acetylaminofluorene, 21% controls, 11% 50% These results, indicating relative nodule deficiency some cellular components believed be important activation hepatocarcinogens hepatotoxins, offer one possible explanation for resistance carcinogen cytotoxicity nodules.
