摘要: A reverse hemolytic plaque assay was employed to enumerate lymphoid cells actively secreting either immunoglobulin (Ig)G, IgA, or IgM in the small intestine, lungs, and organs of normal IgA-deficient chickens. In birds, intestinal lamina propria lymphocytes were proportionately richest IgG IgA whereas bone marrow IgM-secreting cells. The highest ratio also found intestine (0.9), followed by ratios epithelium (0.31), lungs (0.19). (0.08) spleen (0.02) considerably lower. Thus, both relatively enriched IgA.
