摘要: Twelve cases of bile duct and gallbladder stones were subjected to a study clinically evaluating the usefulness for percutaneous papillary balloon dilation (PPBD) with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). In conducting PPBD, gastointestinal ballon was inserted throught transhepatic (PTBD) route dilate papilla; after papilla dilated, pushed out duodenum by using catheter angiography. LC used in due form. The maximum horizontal diameter ranged from 7mm 15mm (11 ± 3mm), there one 25 stones. Ten patients had common hepatic duct-common duct, two left duct. Removal possible all cases, but who over 13mm necessitated lithotripsy electric hydrostatic percussion waves (a success rate: 100%). It took 146 26 minutes operation. Hospital stay 9 3 days. Indwelling time PTBD 23 6 days total mean hospital We think that PPBD can be multiple stones, those huge which are escaped during Further, associated use may contribute an increase candidates omitted laparotomy.
