摘要: Abstract This paper presents a locally optimal transition approach for computing curve to smooth corner defined by linear tool path, which generates curvature-continuous path in real time. Taking the locality of optimization problem into account, unit including four data points is defined. With aid unit, model based on sum curvature extremes two curves constructed. On this basis, objective reformulated as quadratic equation with respect length under constraints lengths segments and threshold approximation error. Unlike conventional numerical problems, joint-point can be analytically determined help equation. And then are easily obtained. To illustrate effectiveness proposed approach, simulations paths carried out respectively. The simulation results show that feedrate obtained higher than methods. Hence, machining efficiency improved.
