摘要: Because of the three-dimensional structure bone or hard tissue such as a tooth, scaffold is necessary for its regeneration by cellular engineering. Commonly, in vivo examination, hydroxyapatite (HA) has been used scaffold. Cylindrical HA with hollow center, which included columnar formalin-treated polyvinyl alcohol sponge, was this examination The sponge had coated L-tryptophan L-lysine before insertion into center HA. Rat marrow cells (rBMCs) derived from femur were seeded number rBMCs each 1.5 × 106. These scaffolds implanted subcutaneously backs Fischer 344 rats 6 weeks. In amino-acid-coated HA, osteogenesis found histologically. An osteocalcin level approximately 10 ug measured L-tryptophan-coated formalized poly-vinyl containing rBMCs, 4 on average L-lysine-coated and about 2 uncoated cells. study thought to be suitable rBMCs. It concluded that tryptophan, factor formation stem cells, functioned promoting cell adhesion differentiation osteoblasts.
