摘要: Two-locus composite disequilibria were estimated for all 28 pairs of loci (from eight loci) in 81 populations Quercus petraea spread over the natural distribution species. Significant found almost two (Aap-A/Lap-A, Mr-A/Dia-A) that have also shown strong linkage cosegregation analysis. These belong to so-called complex producing nearly identical gene products and are tightly linked. other linked a smaller degree. The amount disequilibrium followed geographical pattern. number showing significant per population was higher on edges range (Norway, Great Britain, Turkey). Disequilibria at correlated with longitude. Population differentiation resulting from associations alleles different increased when correlations allele frequencies within- between-population level magnitude. It is suspected may arise historical causes rather than gametic disequilibrium. Finally, first canonical variate (multivariate score) including allelic follows longitudinal pattern variation.
