摘要: Intracoronary stents can be implanted with a low incidence of stent thrombosis (< 1%) when the procedure is guided by intravascular ultrasound. The long-term clinical and angiographic effects, however, have not been reported. This study assesses 6 month results consecutive series patients ultrasound Palmaz-Schatz deployment that were treated subsequent anticoagulation after successful implantation procedure. From March, 1993 to April 1994, 411 underwent implantation. There 26 had uncomplicated standard regimen are evaluated in this study. Thus, includes an assessment 385 either did receive post or procedural complication. Procedural success was achieved 369 (96%). Clinical (procedure without early event) 363 (94%). 2 acute events (0.5%) 1 subacute (0.3%) group 454 lesions anticoagulation. At follow-up myocardial infarction 4.9% rate coronary bypass surgery 6.2%. 2.1% death. Emergency intervention (emergency angioplasty bailout necessary 3 (0.8%). total repeat percutaneous 11.4%. By months follow-up, major occurred 19.2% patients. lesion restenosis rate, according 50% diameter stenosis criteria, 19%. per patient 22%. In conclusion, performed acceptable outcome at follow-up.
