摘要: The taxonomy of structures work organizations presented is based on three previously established empirical dimensions: structuring activities, concentration authority, and line control workflow. On the basis a sample 52 in English Midlands, clusters these dimensions are examined sevenfold classification organization developed. These identified as full bureaucracy, nascent flow workflow preworkflow personnel implicitly structured organizations, their characteristic contextual features to size, technology, dependence other ownership demonstrated, possible developmental sequence suggested. results indicate that concept single bureaucratic type no longer useful, since bureaucracy takes different forms settings.
