摘要: Squamous cell carcinoma is by far the most common neoplasm of esophagus and survival rate its patients generally low [1]. To treat this cancer more effectively, it necessary to develop a strategy targeted therapy. Most squamous cells hyperproduce epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor [2, 3], EGF in turn promotes receptor-hyperproducing vivo [4]. Moreover, an elevated level significant prognostic for with esophageal [5]. Therefore, since system play important role cancer, ideal surface object We synthesized immunotoxin consisting murine monoclonal antibody (B4G7) against human gelonin, 60s ribosome-inactivating protein. studied cytotoxic effects on tumors, investigated possibility as new treatment carcinoma.
