摘要: We have proposed the hypothetical sequence of biochemical events in cellular activation as follows; (1) a transient stimulation phospholipid methylation, (2) increased influx Ca2+, (3) Ca2+ dependent phosphorylation lipomodulin, an endogenous phospholipase inhibitory protein, (4) A2, enzyme which degrades phosphatidylchoine formed by transmethylation, (5) subsequent increase Na+ (probably accompanying H+ efflux), (6) alkalization intracellular pH, (7) changes S-adenosylmethionine metabolism, and (8) DNA methylation.
