摘要: Abstract Stimulation of IgE receptors on rat basophilic leukemia cells causes a transient rise and fall methylated phopholipids, Ca 2+ influx, release arachidonic acid previously incorporated into phosphatidylcholine liberation histamine. Inhibition phospholipid methylation by methyltransferase inhibitors, 3-deazaadenosine homocysteine thiolactone, almost completely blocks the influx , immunoglobulin E antigen releases only [ 14 C]arachidonic but not C]linoleic acid, C]oleic C]stearic all which were phospholipids. C]Arachidonate was found to be mainly phosphatidylcholine. The phosphatidycholine rich in arachidonate appeared synthesized considerable extent transmethylation pathway. These findings suggest that cells, receptors, methyltransferases, ion channel, phospholipase(s) cause discharge histamine are associated.
