摘要: We hypothesized that T cells can be genetically modified to express growth factor transgene products capable of inducing oligodendrocyte progenitor proliferation. Autoreactive isolated from SWXJ mice immunized with the p139-151 determinant myelin proteolipid protein (PLP) were transfected an antigen-inducible for platelet-derived factor-A (PDGF), a important in regulating development oligodendrocytes. Isolated antigen-specific cell clones expressed PDGF when stimulated PLP 139-151 peptide and produced biologically active proliferation cells. Furthermore, upon adoptive transfer, migrated CNS ameliorated ongoing disease. Our data indicate autoreactive memory Th2 so engagement self antigen they produce regenerative factors mediating tissue repair during autoimmune
