摘要: Background and objective To investigate the risk factors of lung cancer among employees who had worked in Dagang oil field, Tianjin, China. Methods A matched case control study was conducted to analyse association between some exposures by univariate multiple Logistic regression method. Results According results from analysis, smoking previous disease increase with adjusted OR 1.52 (95%CI: 1.18-1.94) 3.37 1.88-7.16) respectively, while for occupational chemical toxic substance dust exposure is 0.73 0.69-1.30) 0.84 0.62-1.15) there no significant family history this study. Conclusion Smoking are independent workers yet due potential epidemiological bias, needs further investigation.
