摘要: One-dimensional Mn2+-doped Zn2SiO4 microbelts and microfibers were prepared by a simple cost-effective electrospinning process. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive spectrum (EDS), transmission (TEM), high-resolution (HRTEM), photoluminescence (PL), cathodoluminescence (CL) spectra as well kinetic decays used to characterize the samples. The XRD DTA results show that phase begins crystallize at 800 °C crystallizes completely around 1000 °C. SEM indicate as-prepared microbelts/fibers are smooth, whose diameters decrease with increasing annealing temperature. average diameter of Zn2SiO4:Mn2+ annealed is 0.32 μm, their lengths reach up several millimeters. width thickness Zn2SiO4:M...
