摘要: A 1-day prevalence survey of hospital-acquired infections (HAI) was carried out in Norwegian somatic hospitals 1991. The aimed at assessing the problem HAI. 950 were found among 14977 surveyed patients (prevalence rate 6.3%). HAI more prevalent combined intensive care units 22%), surgical (17%), haematological wards (15%), special baby (14%), and geriatric (14%). Urinary tract most (33% all HAI) followed by respiratory (21%) wound (17%). 157 (3.6%) 4382 who had undergone surgery, a infection. With high response (76 84 hospitals) sensitive method screening (chart review bedside examination), this gives fairly reliable measure
